H.I. Quality Steel Castings Ltd is a successful modern well equipped company that is committed to ongoing capital investment, career training and development. The high integrity castings we produce are exported world wide, they are used in the most demanding industrial applications. Very close metallurgical controls are in place to ensure that  chemical and mechanical properties meet with our customers requirements.

The company has two manufacturing sites, Chesterfield and Sheffield. The Chesterfield foundry manufactures castings within a weight range of 250kgs to 9000kgs. The Sheffield site complements this facility by producing components from a few kilos to 1000kgs.

The high integrity castings produced have served the world wide engineering industry for over 50 years.

Both sites manufacture all grades of Carbon Steels, Low Alloy Steels, Austenitic Manganese Steels, Corrosion and Heat Resisting Ferritic, Austenitic and Duplex Stainless Steels. In addition to the full range of steel grades produced both sites also manufacture high Cr Iron castings.
